This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PaidPornSelection.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit https://paidpornselection.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

The short version: we are a review and affiliate website. You can browse the entire Site without creating an account and without telling us who you are. We run no advertising networks, no analytics trackers and no profiling tools on the Site. The little data we do process is described below.

Who Is Responsible for Your Data

What Data We Collect

Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data when you load a page: your IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the pages you request, the time of the request and the referring page. We use these logs exclusively to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.

Comments. If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the data you type into the comment form (name, email address, optional website) together with your IP address and browser user agent, which help us detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your comment and its public fields are visible to anyone.

Email contact. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply, and we keep the correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary.

Age verification. When you confirm you are of legal age, a cookie named “age_verified” is stored on your device for 30 days so we do not have to ask you on every visit. It contains no personal information. See our Cookie Policy for details.

That is all. We do not ask you to register, we do not run newsletters, and we do not buy or enrich data about you from anyone.

Why We Process This Data (Legal Bases)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the Site secure, preventing spam and abuse, and maintaining server logs.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — optional comment cookies that remember your details, and any data you voluntarily send us.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.

Cookies

The Site only uses a small number of technical cookies: age verification, optional comment convenience cookies and a language preference cookie if you use the translation widget. Third-Party Services

To work properly, the Site loads a few resources from third parties. When your browser fetches them, those providers technically receive your IP address and standard request headers:

• Google Fonts and Google Hosted Libraries (fonts.googleapis.com, ajax.googleapis.com) — used to display the Site’s fonts and run its scripts. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not run Google Analytics or any comparable tracking service on the Site.

Affiliate Links and External Websites

Our reviews contain links to third-party adult websites. Some of them are affiliate links: if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission, as explained in our Disclaimer. Two important things to understand:

• Once you leave PaidPornSelection.com, the privacy policy of the site you land on applies — not ours. Those sites set their own cookies (including affiliate tracking cookies) and collect their own data. Read their policies before signing up or paying.
• We never receive your name, payment details or browsing history from those sites. At most we see aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, that a sale happened through one of our links).

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. The only parties that may process it on our behalf or alongside us are:

• our hosting provider, which stores the Site and its server logs;
• the third-party services listed above, strictly for the technical purposes described;
• competent authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information.

International Transfers

Some of the providers above (for example Google) are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, these providers rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How Long We Keep Data

• Server logs: for a limited time, for security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Comments and their metadata: for as long as the comment stays published; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
• Email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period afterwards.

Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at gabrielthewebmaster@gmail.com — we will answer within the legal time limits. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you similar rights to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by that law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Minors

This Site is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. The Site carries the RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) label so parental control tools can block it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we keep our attack surface deliberately small: the less data we collect, the less there is to lose.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the Site’s features or legal requirements change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
